There are an incredible number of resources out there, and as you might expect, some are more credible and/or useful than others. While I employ a number of tools for projects, there are a few core reference sites that I use for various reasons. Here are a few:

Employer Branding Today - A useful site run by a PA consulting firm which discusses various topics related to employer branding.

ere.net - a popular recruiting community website with a comprehensive topic library and a strong blogging community.

HRMAC - Human Resources Management Association of Chicago - well-respected professional organization. Great networking resource for all HR professionals, including recruiters.

Simply|Hired is an interesting job search tool that has some very useful tools for recruiters, including some useful demographic data. Also, check out their tools sections for widgets that might be helpful. In fact, I've used their primary job search widget here as an example.

Also, if you are a LinkedIn member, there are a number of groups that I have found to be very useful. You can view my preferred groups by viewing my profile.
