While I began my professional life as a recruiter, I've had the opportunity to leverage my skills and experience in a number of other related areas. Typically, a client will bring me on board for a specific project, then, based upon my success there, expand my engagement with other projects. The primary categories for these projects are:

Talent Acquisition - either creating a new or maintaining an existing corporate recruitment strategy.

Resource Planning - partnering with leadership to develop a resource plan which will meet their strategic business goals.

Process Development - creating, revising, updating an organization's policies, practices or processes in sourcing, interviewing, recruiting, onboarding, referrals or employee retention. Also implementing technologies that support these processes.

Employer Branding - developing or promoting a company's branding strategy as it applies to recruitment and retention.
